1 - 90 Minute Ayurvedic Bodywork Session
This bodywork session is a combination of Abhyanga oilassage, hot stone therapy and kansa wands.
1- choice of Womb Basti or Womb Moxa
Womb batsi is a dough dome reservoir where we continually fill with warm medicated oil this brings warmth, circulation and healing care to the area. It can also hormone balance and aid witn digestion.
Womb Moxa is a Chinese medicine where we take concentrated mugwort and burn in a class vessel above the navel. It stimulates the digestive system, aids the reproductive system/hormones, brings circulation/blood flow to the area.
1 - choice of Shirodhara (third eye oil teeatment) or foot bath
Shirodhara is a continuous pour of oil on the third eye. This treatment is activating to intuition but also very grounding to the body.
The foot bath option is a beautiful herbal milk bath that also includes a ghee salt foot scrub.
